Jordan earns a five from me. I've been to 3 of his sales. He's definitely getting the most for his clients, but at the same time, is ready to wheel and deal. He carries a sarcastic edge that warrants off all the low ballers who are trying to make a buck off the buck Jordan is making. I have had two transactions with him at the 3 sales I have attended, and I can say he is ready to deal, quite comical, and has a healthy deflective attitude for those low ballers that decidedly get upset with him when he doesn't give them quality goods for dirt cheap. I'll be visiting more of his sales.

It was fun walking around and looking through the items, every price is tagged so it is quiet convenient and easy. The prices were half off today too. Initial reaction toward the process wasn't positive seemed like a ton of money I was giving up for something i thought I might be able to do. After thinking it through I realized I didn't have the time to do it so I gave Jordan a try since he was recommenced by friends in the area.

From beginning to end I was very impressed and i quickly understood why there was no way I could have done the service they do. This isn't a yard sale or even a glorified yard sale, it was much more professional then that. They are a well oiled machine. I ended up getting more money then i expected and didn't have 1 discrepancy throughout the process.

I've been to a few of Jordan's sales and they are great! He's very fair with customers, while providing an A+ service for his client (the homeowner/estate). Heard him on the phone with a homeowner last weekend and I was very impressed! When you go to one of his sales you can expect some higher quality items and collectibles. He won't be selling things for pennies on the dollar, but you can find some GREAT deals. Looking at his reviews, it looks like this is the biggest issue...people wanting super cheap prices on items that have value. We all want a deal, but I would be concerned about an estate service that was just unloading things to make a quick buck at the expense of the estate. Picked up some vintage yard statues for my wife and she loves them. Thanks Jordan!

Jordan was super helpful and was willing to negotiate on a beautiful mid century Knoll Barcelona chair at a sale in East Sac. The prices were high, which seems to be the root of most complaints here, but he was willing to negotiate and at this particular sale, items were of very high quality. He's bound by family requests on pricing, so he can't just accept 20% of asking like at a garage sale. Jordan was also very responsive and allowed us to make an offer on the second day of the sale and confirmed the next morning that he hadn't received a better offer and the chair. We'll definitively check his future sales and we were impressed with his professionalism and communication. Thanks, Jordan!

He also sends out emails if you are on his list with lots of the items that will be at the house. I'm a collector of many things so this helps me know what kind of items I can expect to find.

They gave a discount for using both services which saved me a ton of money in the end. I am sure I am not the first to say... sometimes your up and sometimes your down that is the art of antiques... and the nature of business. However, I have never paid retail prices at one of his estate sales... and can say one piece I paid well under market value and we both knew it. Jordan knows what he is selling and enjoys the work...and I enjoy buying from him.

I live in Benicia and just started getting into Estate Sales! When I walked towards the house, Jordan was very friendly and waved hello to me even though he was assisting someone on the phone. I found some really great items: 3 Photos $5 each A little froggy pot holder $3 A beautiful I. Magnin designer scarf hat $12 A vintage Pan Am World Traveler Guide $4 I felt that all of the prices were very reasonable. This was on the first day of the sale, so I didn't expect to get things for a steal. If I don't want to pay the price of something, I can always walk away - no bad feelings about it at all. If someone asked for pricing, I felt Jordan was firm, respectful, and most of all - professional! In fact, he was very quick/knowledgeable about pricing things. Sometimes you will go to an estate sale and the person is fumbling on their phone or creating a long line because they take a long time deciding how to price something last minute. When reading through the reviews, many people commented regarding rude service and/or outrageous prices. None of which was my experience today. I thought it was odd that so many people on Yelp seem to be expectant that everyone with an offer gets a "Yes" on the first try/first day. Of course, things are meant to sell but remember that the money made will help a family who is either downsizing or may have recently lost a family member. Bonus: There was lots of clear signage which made it easy to get to the estate sale location without having to stare at the GPS the whole time. All in all I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you! I have been to MANY of the Estate sales run by this gentleman. His prices are of course a bit higher than privately run estate sales, but MUCH more reasonable than the other estate sale companies we frequently run across (there is one business in town in particular whose prices are absurd, and who rarely make sales due to their silly pricing, and poor customer service) The service at these sales I have been to has always been attentive and very friendly. They have always been negotiable in their prices, and I have bought many wonderful items from them. By far my favorite estate sale company in the Sacramento area.
