We stage your personal property throughout your home for maximum shop-ability. We bring in tables, tablecloths, display cases and lighting and clean and polish items for added sparkle. We transform the home into a shopper’s paradise.

Using our vast knowledge and experience, we price your home and items at a value that will not only sell but will also generate income for you. We contract with two local International Societies of Appraisers, as well as, auction houses in San Francisco and New York to ensure your high-end items are sold at the maximum value. Some clients place minimums on certain pieces, which we honor.

Using our extensive (and ever-increasing) e-mail list, we send pictures and descriptions of the home and its contents to over 15,000 subscribers. We also utilize local publications and social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) as well as estatesales.net. Additionally, we place signature signage throughout the neighborhood to bring the maximum number of customers to the sale. A ‘normal’ sale advertisement has over 100 pictures and detailed descriptions of the major items.

Any items left at the end of the sale will be handled per your request. Depending on the quantity of items remaining at the end of the initial sale, a second sale is also an option. We also offer disposal, consignment and donation services.

Major items are inventoried prior to each sale. During the sale, we record items and categorize sold prices. Once the sale is completed, this accounting is provided along with a cashier’s check, usually within 10 days.
